Skin allergy is a common urban health problem as people are constantly under pressure and having an unhealthy busy life.

1.     Fruit

Pineapple – Contains bromelain which can increase the permeability of gastrointestinal mucosa, allowing macromolecular foreign proteins to enter into the blood. 2.     Seafood
